Rise & Thrive

Rise and Thrive is a program in partnership with Southern Nevada’s Homeless Continuum of Care (COC).  This is a housing program for some of our communities most vulnerable community members.  This includes those who are experiencing homelessness, who are frequent system users of crisis services, such and Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Departments, Shelters, Clinics etc.  We offer Rapid Re-housing, 90-day Transitional Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing.

Services / Opportunities Offered through Rise & Thrive include:

• Coordinate Supportive Services to fill many major service gaps, such as mental health and addiction services, medical services, housing placement, ID recovery, legal aid, etc.

• Services to assist with transition into independent living.

• Access to basic human needs: hygiene, hydration, and a safe place to stay.

• Education including G.E.D and Job Training.

• Paid on the job training for individuals experiencing homelessness who have been recognized as reliable volunteers.
